The Event The Event The perfect triathlon experience... Swim: Triathletes will swim in the larger lake in front of the Abbey, offering an improved swim experience and shorter transition. Bike: The cycle route, which is entirely closed-road on the Sunday, takes in picturesque British countryside, with a brand new on-the-go feed station for our middle distance triathletes tackling the WoBurner. Run: A flat run course that enjoys stunning views of the Abbey grounds and deer park, with the finish line right in the heart of the event village for maximum support. Fun! Free Kids Zone activities, youth triathlon and Scootathlon to get the whole family involved. Now in its 12th year, tri for life has raised close to £2.5m for its charity partners. In 2019, we will be raising money for Great Ormond Street Hospital, and Melanoma Focus Cancer Research.
